You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Shipping
All orders are shipped the same day from San Diego, CA. We ship most orders via UPS. Transit times are from 1-5 business days depending on your distance from San Diego. If your order is large enough for a pallet/truck shipment, please add 1-3 extra days for delivery.
Always plan your inventory to allow for delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, weekends or truck/pallet size shipments.
